Shipping & Delivery Policy

  1. Order Processing

    • Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed (or COD approved), we begin processing it.

    • Processing time: [e.g., 1‑2 business days] (excluding weekends & public holidays).

    • If an item is out of stock or there’s an unexpected delay, we will notify you via email/WhatsApp.

  2. Shipping Charges

    • Standard shipping cost within Pakistan: PKR [200] (or “free for orders above PKR [8000]”).

    • Additional shipping fees may apply for bulky/oversized items or remote areas; such cases will be communicated before dispatch.

  3. Delivery Timeframe

    • Estimated delivery: [e.g., 3‑7 business days] depending on your location, courier service and stock availability.

    • Remote areas, weekends, public holidays may cause delays.

    • We are not liable for delays caused by courier partners, natural disasters, strikes etc.

  4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

    • COD is available only for orders up to PKR [2000].

    • Payment is collected by courier at delivery. Please have exact amount ready; couriers may not carry change.

    • Orders placed via COD may require telephone confirmation prior to dispatch.

  5. Multiple Shipments

    • If your order contains items from different warehouses or stock locations, shipments may arrive separately. Tracking details will be provided.

  6. Returns & Incorrect/Damaged Items

    • If the item arrives damaged, incorrect or missing parts, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos and order number.

    • We’ll review and arrange for return/replacement/credit as per our Returns Policy (link to your returns policy).

    • Note: shipping for returns due to customer‑change‑of‑mind may be your responsibility, unless stated otherwise.

  7. Change of Address / Failed Deliveries

    • Please ensure your shipping address is correct.

    • If courier attempts delivery but fails due to incorrect address or recipient unavailable, you may be liable for any re‑shipment charges.

    • If the package is returned to us, we’ll contact you and you’ll be responsible for reshipment cost (or refund minus shipping).

  8. International Shipping

    • At present we only ship within Pakistan / OR We do ship internationally: for international orders delivery times and charges will vary. Any custom duties, taxes or local fees are the buyer’s responsibility.

  9. Amendments

    • We reserve the right to amend this shipping policy at any time, and changes will be posted on our site. It is the customer’s responsibility to review the policy prior to ordering.
